How to lose those last 5 kilos

If you are having a hard time shedding those last kilos to attain that perfect body, then you must ensure to build more muscle mass and less body fat OR if you want to remove the muffin top from that perfect body of yours, go through our tips and follow them rigorously:

1. Make breakfast your biggest meal of the day full of protein and some carbohydrates, natural sugar infused fruits.

2. Drink a cup of green tea half and hour after every meal.

3. Ensure that your lunch contains a large portion of a plate of serving of mixed greens or vegetables.

4. Avoid Alcohol as it can cause bloating and dehydration.

5. Break down every meal in 2 intervals, which would sum up to 6 meals a day.

6. Move your body for a hour every day, either weight training or cross training.

7. Keep your supper little, with plate of mixed greens, soup, vegetables and a little bit of meat.

8. Sleep at least 8 hours a day, as it needs muscle rest too.

It’s all about following the basic rule of “DIGEST, METABOLISE, AND WORKOUT”
