Shipping Policy

Nutracart ships the ordered items if they are in-stock and if there is more demand for their product, they try to work out the shipment when the products will be available, i.e. as soon as possible.

Address Error

If there is any error in the address which you have provided while placing your order, it cannot be changed once the order is shipped. Nutracart coordinates with courier service providers to resolve the issue; however, if you make an error in the shipping information on your order and if that order is rejected, lost or destroyed Nutracart will not issue or refund credit of any kind. In case the error can prompt the order back to Nutracart, then the return shipping cost will be deducted from the cost of the product and a credit note will be issued for the future purpose.

Violation of Laws

We strongly recommend you to get well acquainted with the sales rules, regulations and restrictions of your state. For any kind of order delays due to a violation of rules, restriction, laws of the state, Nutracart cannot be held responsible.

Customer Refusal

Any product or order if refused by the customer out of any genuine and authentic reason should be sent to Nutracart warehouse in a good resalable condition. Nutracart will then refund the cost of the product after deducting the shipping and handling costs and a credit note will be issued to the customer for future use.

Package Loss

It is very rare for a domestic order to be lost in the transportation, but sometimes it may happen. When your order is lost, please report all the details of location, courier selection, and history on Nutracart. We will take every possible step to help the matter to resolve as early as possible.

Orders and Payment Terms

Nutracart accepts payments by credit card, debit card. The payment methods and terms are at the sole discretion of Nutracart. Payment should be made once the order is accepted by the firm. Payment invoice will be issued after the payment is made. Nutracart has no responsibility regarding the product with you until the orders are accepted for delivery, and we have the right to limit the order quantity, accept or refuse to ship any product to any customer for any reason or for the whatsoever reason with or without any notice.


Nutracart always ensures proper pricing. However, product prices may change due to many conditions like revised rates, product promotion or revision policy. Sometimes product prices might have errors or misprints. Nutracart may revise or discontinue products at any time. Policies on product quantities, prices, and promotions are subject to change without any notice.

Product Promotions

Nutracart offers products on discounts or at a special price. It provides discounts on specific quantities or shipping charges as a product promotion strategy for a limited period and for limited  products till the supplies last in stock. Nutracart reserves all the right to accept promotional orders at its sole discretion and declines orders if it finds them fraudulent. Prices and promotions are subject to change without any notice.

Product Loss

Product loss or damage that occurs during in its shipping from Nutracart to the customer through the courier selected by Nutracart, we will be the sole responsible for the loss and if any loss or damage occurs by the courier services selected by the customers, we will not be responsible.

Restriction of Liability

Nutracart is not liable for any loss incurring out of product, service or shipping, any profit, loss of business or any direct, indirect, consequential or inconsequential damages and any other claim which may arise from any other party or third party claims.

Warranties & Disclaimers

Nutracart provides all the details regarding warranties, implied or expressed, including but not restricted to, warranties of merchantability and any other warranties for any other purpose.

International Shipping Policy

The governing laws of the target country govern:

Restrictions, duties, import restrictions, import policies, laws, customs duties, carrier service, shipping options, payment methods, product returns and cancellations policies, etc.

While the Nutracart team works hard to prevent products from shipping to countries where ingredients are problematic or prohibited, we cannot guarantee that our restricted information is always up to date. As these regulations change constantly, we strongly recommend that you check with your local authorities for further information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue or provide a refund for any kind of products which gets seized or destroyed by Customs at the time of import, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs spent on the product will not be reimbursed to you.

We will inspect the issue immediately and update our restrictions accordingly.

International Shipping Options

We work hard to achieve great shipping rates from our couriers so we can pass the savings on to you. Shipping costs for international packages are based on the weight and size of your order. You just have to collect items in your cart, then select your country and click on “calculate” to see your shipping options. You’ll be provided with the list of all the shipping options and exact costs to be procured during the checkout process, and then you just have to provide the delivery address for your order.

Delivery time frames are probable estimates only, and does not include the weekends, holidays, or processing and packing (please allow 12-24 hours for packing) costs. Please allow the time frame for your order to pass through customs procedures.

Please note: Before you make a purchase, please be aware of the personal purchase limit set by your country. If your order exceeds this limit, you will need to arrange for a broker to clear your package through customs.

Using International Freight Forwarders or 3rd party shipping companies can be a convenient way to receive orders to your foreign address. However, please know that if you elect to use any of the above services, we cannot issue a refund of any kind or accept any return from you for any order handled by any outside courier. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss that occurs due to the handling of your order by an outside courier. If you experience any kind of damage or loss when rendering this type of service, please contact the 3rd party company for remedy of the situation.


Don’t even think about it. Seriously our fraud team will catch you, and we will prosecute you to the highest extent of the law. Nutracart actively prosecutes fraudulent behaviour at every opportunity. If you feel that your account has been inaccurately marked as fraudulent at any point of time, please contact us immediately and we’ll work quickly to sort it out.

Address Errors

If you happen to make an address error on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been submitted. Please know that we work directly with our shipping company to help and resolve the address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you’ve made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of merchandise only.

Violation of laws

Please familiarize yourself with the import restrictions of your own country before placing an order on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, fines, or penalties incurred by your country for placing an order due to the violation of law. Items sold at Nutracart are intended for personal use only.

Customer Refusal

If you refuse to accept an order for any reason, we can only offer you a refund only if the order is returned to our warehouse in undamaged and resalable condition. In that circumstance, refunds can be issued for the cost of merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed by our company. If the cost of the return shipment due to your refusal is billed to us, you may also be responsible for that cost, too.

Customs Seizure

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized, damaged, or destroyed by Customs unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in undamaged and resalable condition. In that event, refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that if the cost to return a rejected package to our warehouse exceeds the value of the order, we’ll instruct the courier to destroy the package and we’ll not issue a refund of any kind.

Package Loss

Although it is rare for international orders to get lost while shipping or get delayed, please be aware that, it can happen. Refunds will be issued only for the cost of the merchandise; shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Please note that we do not offer replacements or store credits. In the event your order has been lost, you must report it as lost to us within 30 days of the date of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Please contact us by email, or live chat, six days a week, and we’ll explain your options.


Nutracart cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying an additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties nor any delivery related delays or seized products. However, please note that the vast majority of international shipments do not experience problems or delays, and our customers are very rarely assessed with the additional fees. In the event when additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly. By ordering from Nutracart you agree to our policies above. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
